Cafe de Finca is a small café with a large terrace in the centre of Castelldefels, Spain. Since its opening in 2009, Cafe de Finca has become a favourite place for locals, visitors and business people alike.
It was important to Cafe de Finca that their customers did not need to download an app or register. The test process began with the installation of two iPads with the OIDO system, the setting up of the QR codes and a brief introduction of the employees to the use of the system.

many customers have been using the new service to conveniently order from indoor and outdoor tables via the OIDO system and pay with their own credit card, Apple or Google Pay conveniently via their mobile phone.

Customers can track their order on their mobile phone display and see when it is ready for collection. The kitchen and bar receive the order on the screen and can fulfil it immediately.

By using OIDO, Cafe de Finca has successfully relieved customers of the hassle of queuing and watching the progress of their order. Customers responded positively to the opportunity to spend the preparation time in a relaxed manner.

During the test process, Cafe De Finca noticed that acceptance increased steadily over the weeks. Customer feedback was positive, the system is easy to use and customers save time when ordering and paying.
