OIDO is manufactured, maintained and hosted in the EU, operated on cloud infrastructure in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
All measurements on the website are carried out anonymously. No cookies are used and no personal data is collected. There are no persistent identifiers. Also no cross-site or cross-device tracking. Your website data will not be used for any other purpose. All visitor data is processed on servers in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

We use Plausible Analytics to collect anonymous usage data for statistical purposes. The purpose is to track general trends in our website traffic, but not to track individual visitors. All data is collected in aggregated form only. No personal data is collected.
The aggregated and anonymised data collected includes referral sources, top pages, length of visit, information about the devices used during the visit (device type, operating system, country and browser) and more.

Our guiding principle is that we only collect the data we need and process this data only to provide you with the service you have subscribed to. For certain services, we use a selected number of trusted external service providers. These service providers are carefully selected and meet high standards of data protection, data security and data security. We also only share the data with the service providers that is necessary for the services provided.
What we collect and how we use it:
An email address is required to create an account. You must provide us with your email address if you wish to create an OIDO account. This will allow you to log in and personalise your new account, and we will be able to send you invoices, updates or other important information.
The payment process is handled by a third-party payment service provider. If you choose to create an account in OIDO, the billing information and payment process will be handled by STRIPE. Please read STRIPE's privacy policy for more information. Your customers' payments go to your own Stripe account that you set up.
When you write us a question or ask for help. We store this correspondence, including the email address, so that we have a history of previous correspondence that we can refer to if you contact us in the future. We only use this information in the context of answering the questions addressed to us.
We use the Google FIREBASE service for our account registration. Please read the Google FIREBASE privacy policy for more details.
Storage of data:
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will also retain and use this information as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect OIDO's legal rights. You can delete your OIDO subscription at any time in the settings. All your data will be immediately and permanently deleted when you delete your account.
